How Artemis Law Came to Be
Artemis Law was founded in September 2020 by Pina Espinoza Carrizosa, a dual-qualified lawyer in both Spain and Germany. Pina established the firm with one clear purpose: to create the kind of immigration practice she had always wanted to run: focused, human, and built entirely around the individual.
Having spent years navigating the Spanish immigration system alongside international clients, Pina saw firsthand how overwhelming and impersonal the process could feel when handled by large, volume-driven firms. She decided to do things differently. At Artemis Law, every client works directly with Pina herself. There are no junior case managers, no handoffs, no uncertainty about who is responsible for your application.
Since 2020, Artemis Law has guided hundreds of clients from across the world through every type of Spanish residency permit and visa. The firm has built a reputation for transparency, thoroughness, and genuine care, reflected in its 5.0 rating on Google.

I founded Artemis Law in September 2020 because I wanted to create the kind of legal practice I wished had existed when I first began working with international clients navigating Spain's immigration system. Not a corporate machine, but a focused, human, highly competent service built around the person in front of me.
With 10 years of experience exclusively in Spanish immigration law, I have guided hundreds of clients, from retirees and families to students and remote workers, through every type of permit and residency application Spain has to offer.
I am a qualified lawyer in both Spain and Germany, a dual qualification that took ten years of study to achieve. That rigour shapes how I approach every case. I work personally with every client at Artemis Law. There is no junior team, no handoff, no case manager. When you contact me, you are speaking directly with the person responsible for your application.
Being German myself, and with an international family of my own, I have personal experience of the immigration journey my clients are on. That experience has given me a genuine understanding of the challenges foreigners face when building a life in Spain.
